Phantom's S.O.S 7" would be their last before the band ended in July 2012 after their national tour with Harm's Way.

Having releases 2 demo's, the As Above/So Below LP and Bad Romance Split 7" with Canberra doomers I Exist, Phantoms positioned themselves as one of the most prolific Australian hardcore bands in their short existence.

Their blend of heavy riffs, crushing vocals and a flair for not taking themselves too seriously created a legacy which will not be quickly forgotten by many. S.O.S standing as a final, darker testament to a band that hung it up before it got old and will live on.
